OUR STORY
Founded in 1995 as a modest interior decorating venture, Arcmen has grown into Chennai's largest independently owned architecture, interior design, and execution firm by 2013. Based in Chennai and now in its second generation, the company boasts nearly three decades of expertise, specializing in comprehensive turnkey construction and interior decoration projects. Leading the firm is Mr. Balaraman Bakthavatchalam, a visionary chief designer and project head whose experience includes prestigious projects like Dubai's Oceanic Tower Palm Jumeirah and Burj Khalifa. As a first-generation entrepreneur with a strong engineering background, Mr. Balaraman's 22 years of domestic and international experience fuel Arcmen’s creative, up-to-date design solutions, solidifying its reputation across Tamil Nadu and India.
