From concept to a fully developed MVP in just three months, we launched the product in multiple stages, starting with the home maintenance service as the MVP. Initially, we rolled out a closed beta version of the online marketplace to thoroughly test it. The beta version and the first open MVP required three months of preparation before being made available to a select group of customers. After one and a half months, we introduced the electricity purchase feature in the subsequent major update. Additional features included the option to buy prepaid electricity tokens and the ability to directly activate an emergency security service response for the home. The mobile app was built using React Native with Python microservices, while the Admin Panel web app was developed with React. The cloud infrastructure was established on AWS.
