Members encountered three distinct experiences across in-studio, live virtual, and on-demand services, each requiring separate logins and accounts, which created a disjointed navigation experience for users throughout their journey. **Strategy:** Implementing a top-tier omnichannel solution was essential to address the varied needs and expectations of CorePower's clientele. The primary objective of this Digital Transformation initiative was to redesign and lay the groundwork for a customer-centric enablement platform. **Solution:** We unified the different experiences into a single platform that CorePower Yoga could scale as it expands while enhancing the foundational systems supporting it.
