They needed a partner capable of providing digital support, formulating strategic marketing objectives, and developing web initiatives to promote the global brand of Visit California while ensuring an exceptional user experience designed for customer engagement and international reach. The scope of the project was extensive, covering website maintenance, support, strategy, design, and development—reflective of California's vastness. Following a successful website redesign with Appnovation, Visit California opted to continue their collaboration with us through our Managed Services Subscription. Reimagining an Omnichannel Yoga Experience

CorePower Yoga

**Challenge:** CorePower Yoga, the largest yoga studio brand in the United States, operates over 200 locations nationwide and sought assistance in enhancing its digital experience to align with changing client expectations. Members encountered three distinct experiences across in-studio, live virtual, and on-demand services, each requiring separate logins and accounts, which created a disjointed navigation experience for users throughout their journey. **Strategy:** Implementing a top-tier omnichannel solution was essential to address the varied needs and expectations of CorePower's clientele. The primary objective of this Digital Transformation initiative was to redesign and lay the groundwork for a customer-centric enablement platform. **Solution:** We unified the different experiences into a single platform that CorePower Yoga could scale as it expands while enhancing the foundational systems supporting it. The customer journey was streamlined with a single login that granted access to studio, livestream, and on-demand classes anytime, anywhere, and from any device. We improved functionality for studio search and scheduling, and created a comprehensive Design System with reusable components to ensure consistent quality and design, enabling the team to develop and deliver experiences more efficiently and reliably. The new website offers personalized content based on user interactions and previous searches, including a custom-built quiz that helps tailor classes and content to users’ interests, experience levels, and fitness goals. **Result:** CorePower Yoga now delivers a personalized, omnichannel digital experience for its students. With a consistent brand identity at every interaction point, both new and returning students can easily enter the customer journey at any stage. Since launching the new website, traffic has increased by 47%, page views have risen by 38%, and average time spent on the page has gone up by 4%.

Offering mobile banking services to over 4 million users. **Challenge:** Central 1 serves as a vital technology partner for more than 300 financial institutions across Canada through its MemberDirect® Services, which is the largest outsourced direct banking solution in the country, catering to over 4 million users through desktop, mobile, and telephone banking.
