Esotiq

Why? The issue stemmed from Esotiq's deep understanding of their customers' needs, which led them to plan comprehensive initiatives to modernize their online store and develop a mobile app. Esotiq concentrated on both e-commerce and m-commerce strategies to enhance and expand their existing omnichannel approach, making the brand more accessible to customers. How? To address the challenge, we first modernized their e-store. Subsequently, we took charge of creating a sales app that includes a loyalty feature aligned with the existing Esotiq Club loyalty program. Both parties decided to utilize Flutter technology for the app's development, allowing us to efficiently build versions for both iOS and Android. What we achieved? As a result of our collaboration over the past few months, a new Esotiq e-store was launched alongside a mobile app for both iOS and Android. The app offers key functionalities that enable users to:

Stokrotka

Why? The issue we faced was the need to create a native loyalty application for both Android and iOS platforms. The company's strategy emphasized that this app should connect offline and online sales while offering tangible benefits to Stokrotka customers. How did we tackle this challenge? Our goal was to implement and integrate a loyalty program designed by Loyalty Point into a mobile app we created, prioritizing user experience (UX) and user interface (UI). We conducted a series of workshops to closely analyze the profiles of end customers and the business objectives of the company. Furthermore, we utilized creative collaboration techniques to brainstorm interesting and functional features for the app. Based on insights from the workshops, our team produced initial mock-ups, which were then refined in partnership with Stokrotka. What did we achieve? The final product was... Due to technical considerations, Stokrotka and Appchance chose Flutter, a cross-platform native toolkit, enabling us to develop applications for both Android and iOS devices. Sizeer

Why? The issue arose when Sizeer opted to transition their loyalty program to a mobile app to enhance customer access to their services. The app was designed to connect the online and offline experiences, allowing customers to engage with the brand in a fresh way. Plans were in place to later expand the app with a sales module. It was intended to be the most user-friendly shopping method, enabling customers to view their purchase history, track points, and see rewards or discounts accumulated. Users would also receive push notifications about current promotions or brand events. How? To address this challenge, we began with a workshop to determine the app’s features and functionality. Following that, we worked together on UX design in partnership with the MIG team. The most significant challenge we faced was implementing and integrating the multi-channel loyalty program, which was both appealing and technically complex, as it combined points from various sources into a single user account. What we accomplished was... In the first stage, we created a loyalty app centered around a rewards point system along with additional financial benefits like discounts and special offers. After launching the app, our team developed a native shopping loyalty app for both iOS and Android that is compatible with smartphones and tablets, utilizing the latest technologies provided by Flutter. The app includes a loyalty program that gives points not just for purchases but also for completing tasks suggested within the app. A key feature enhancing its value was the ability for users to virtually ‘try on’ shoes through Augmented Reality (AR).
