Agarwal Fastners Pvt Ltd.

Sage 300 Add-on: Receipt/Bill Integration Module Client Overview: A mid-sized company utilizing Sage 300 ERP encountered difficulties in managing the purchase-to-invoice process across its Store, Purchase, and Accounts departments. The reliance on manual procedures led to delays, discrepancies, and insufficient visibility. The Issue: - Receipts were completed, but invoices were not processed in a timely manner. - The manual posting of invoices one at a time was labor-intensive. - There was no organized workflow for departmental validation. - Frequent discrepancies in tax and amount calculations hindered timely invoice processing. E-Invoice Automation for B.H. Steel Industries

BH STEEL INDUSTRIES

E-Invoice Automation for B.H. Steel Industries Client Overview: B.H. Steel Industries is a prominent supplier of industrial components and fasteners, known for delivering high-quality products while effectively managing a substantial number of invoices. The Issue: The manual process of posting invoices to the e-invoice portal was labor-intensive and prone to errors. There was no automated system for capturing Invoice Reference Numbers (IRNs) and QR codes, and the absence of centralized tracking and reporting for outstanding e-invoices led to inefficiencies. Additionally, mistakes in tax or amount handling resulted in repeated rework. Our Solution: We created a .NET-based E-Invoice Automation system that: - Automatically posts invoices to the external e-invoice API - Captures IRN responses and QR codes into SQL Server - Maintains local files for backup and auditing - Provides error handling and validation for compliance - Streamlines the invoice workflow with minimal manual input Technology Stack: .NET | SQL Server | API Integration | File System Management The Outcomes: The process of invoice posting became fully automated, removing the need for manual involvement. Accurate capturing of IRNs and QR codes led to significant time savings for the accounting team, along with centralized tracking of all pending invoices. Engagement Model: - Team: 2 Developers - Timeline: 2 Months
