A voicebot takes on top of funnel sales activities
Foxford, a language education company, chose to implement Apifonica’s voicebot to enhance the handling of leads generated from their Facebook advertising campaigns. The voicebot began reaching out to potential customers just one minute after they submitted a form and conducted initial user pre-qualification. One of its main advantages was its capacity to accurately interpret various responses to questions like “How long have you been learning English?”, which could include answers like “3 years,” “never,” or “I used to have classes in school.” The bot could automatically identify keywords and phrases from users’ responses and categorize them according to a set scenario. For instance, a response of “3 years” would be classified under “intermediate course,” while “never” would indicate the need to suggest a course for absolute beginners. This feature made interactions feel more natural and offered a tailored experience for each user. On average, Foxford employees took 7 minutes to process a single contact, while Apifonica’s voicebot efficiently handled 7,866 leads, reaching 68% of them, qualifying 64%, and filtering out 2,500 spam leads automatically. This resulted in a time saving of 617 hours for the sales team. Considering the average salaries of sales personnel and the 7 minutes saved per lead, the use of the voicebot resulted in a savings of PLN 30,850 for Foxford. The efficiency and time savings became significant advantages of utilizing AI voicebot technology. With the ability to swiftly respond to customer inquiries within 2 minutes and operate around the clock, Apifonica's voicebot significantly improved the effectiveness of the Foxford campaign. Additionally, it relieved the sales and marketing teams of routine tasks, allowing them to concentrate on more challenging projects.
