Mental Health Motorbike
Mental Health Motorbike is a charity dedicated to providing mental health support specifically for motorcyclists in the UK. Founded in memory of Dale Caffrey, the organization targets bikers who often suppress their emotions and struggles. Their mission is to reduce suicide rates nationwide by establishing a network of mental health first aiders in local motorcycle shops, cafes, and dealerships, available for those in need. Anattic teamed up with Triumph UK and Bennetts Insurance to create a brief promotional video for the charity to amplify their message and enhance awareness of their efforts. Directed by James Copson, the advert portrays a man in a dark place, struggling to find the motivation to move forward in life. While aimlessly scrolling through social media, he encounters an advertisement for MHM and bravely decides to reach out for help. Once back on his bike, he experiences a renewed sense of clarity on the open road, reconnecting with his surroundings before meeting a mental health first aider. As a fellow biker, James captures the mental liberation that riding can bring, illustrating how bikers can momentarily forget their worries while focusing solely on the journey. He presents this experience in a dreamy, fluid riding style that conveys a sense of relaxation and emotion.
