Hlpy

Hlpy is an emerging insurtech firm aiming to revolutionize car assistance. They approached AlwaysBeta with a straightforward yet ambitious goal: to deliver a new type of roadside assistance to drivers through an easy-to-use mobile platform. Typically, when drivers encounter car troubles and reach out to their insurance providers, their experience is often anything but pleasant and reassuring—marked by lengthy phone calls, unsupportive customer service, a lack of clarity about costs and timelines, and no method to give feedback on the service received. Hlpy addresses this gap in the market by offering solutions that cut costs for insurance companies, enhance efficiency for rescue operators, and significantly improve the experience for users. Our collaboration with Hlpy involved developing three digital products: a mobile application for emergency responders and their teams, a dashboard that provides a comprehensive view of response metrics, and a mobile-optimized form for drivers that can be accessed from any device, allowing them to quickly and securely submit all necessary information for assistance.

Alfred - IDI Evolution

Dental practices have historically relied on outdated software that offers minimal transparency for patients and fails to effectively support clinical case management. IDI Evolution set out to disrupt this norm by developing a robust digital platform with an emphasis on design and user experience. Established in 1985, IDI Evolution is an innovative company that offers a wide range of products for the dental industry. Our collaboration began after the leadership and owners of the company decided to advance its digital transformation initiatives. Over the past three years, we have created three digital products that have already positively influenced the experiences of both doctors and patients. The first project we developed is Alfred, a "digital assistant" tailored for the dental field.
