OUR STORY
Since 2007, Pat Phibbs has led ALS Identify, supported by Padraig Dolan and Sara Farrelly, driving growth and fostering lasting customer relationships. In 2023, expanding into larger Dublin premises enabled them to increase capacity, followed by acquiring Metal Masters in 2024, enhancing in-house custom conveyor manufacturing. This growth prompted rebranding from ALS Labelling Solutions to ALS Identify, reflecting their comprehensive services. With over 30 years of labelling industry experience, the team of 24—including workshop, service, and back-office staff—delivers tailored solutions from multinational corporations to local businesses. They pride themselves not only on delivering quality systems but also on exceptional after-sales support, advising clients throughout consultation, installation, and maintenance to boost efficiency while lowering costs.
