LPS encountered several major obstacles that affected its online visibility and operational efficiency: **Outdated Website:** LPS's website was obsolete and no longer addressed the changing needs of its expanding community. It lacked modern features, user-friendliness, and scalability. **Poor User Experience:** Users had difficulty navigating the website, signing up for events, and connecting with other soccer fans, resulting in decreased satisfaction and engagement. **Limited Functionality:** The current website did not effectively display all the services provided by LPS, such as team management and payment options. **Scalability Issues:** With ambitions to grow and serve a larger community, Let's Play Soccer required a website capable of supporting this expansion. **The Solution:** AllCode took on the task of revamping LPS’s online presence, providing a well-rounded solution that tackled each of the organization's specific issues: **Modern Website Design:** AllCode created a visually attractive and user-friendly website that incorporated the latest web design trends, instantly engaging visitors and enhancing their overall experience. **Improved User Interface:** The new website features an intuitive and streamlined interface, allowing members to easily register, interact, and access essential information. **Enhanced Functionality:** AllCode added advanced features like team management tools, event registration, payment processing, and direct communication channels. These improvements empowered LPS members to connect with the community and manage their soccer activities effortlessly.

Telehealth Solution for Patient Engagement

**The Challenge** SameSky Health began as a telehealth support program for Spanish-speaking patients, with doctors in Mexico providing assistance to individuals in the U.S. Initially, the platform received no patient calls, and when patients eventually started reaching out, SameSky Health struggled to identify them because they required a unique identifier to be entered. However, many patients were hesitant to create a new identifier. **How AllCode Assisted SameSky Health** With AllCode's support in multi-channel messaging, data analytics, and client engagement strategies, SameSky Health has successfully expanded patient outreach, enhanced healthcare quality metrics, and improved revenue. **Outbound SMS Solution** To foster patient engagement, AllCode created an outbound SMS campaign management solution, addressing two of the four main business challenges. This innovative patient system connects multiple health plans through SMS management, aggregating data from various sources. Resolving the unique identifier issue through SMS was crucial for establishing an efficient, intuitive, and secure line of communication centered around patient needs. After a new patient initially responded, we were able to verify their identity using the outgoing number from the SMS. For instance, when we sent a text to our personal number, we could authenticate the identity when we received a response or a voice call back from that number. **Bidirectional Communication** In developing the SMS campaign management solution, we recognized the necessity for bidirectional communication through SMS for real-time interactions between patients and healthcare providers. We built the real-time inbox using the Twilio WebSocket technology.
