Although this isn't a large project, we're progressing in phases, so between 3 to 6 team members from Allbright.io have collaborated with us at any given time, with currently three involved. The team size fluctuates, and we also employ freelance developers for specific solutions, which keeps our operating costs manageable. In total, around nine individuals have contributed to different stages of this project as needed. **COLLABORATION** How did you start your partnership with Allbright.io? I was referred to Allbright.io by colleagues who are also doctors and had previously partnered with them to launch an application. They shared details about the team’s expertise in FinTech, which was crucial for me due to the project's emphasis on data security. Given that they were transitioning towards MedTech when I contacted them about two years ago, I felt they would be a good fit. **INVESTMENT** How much have you invested with them? We’ve invested about €200,000 (approximately $243,000 USD) in this project, with €160,000 (roughly $194,000 USD) allocated to Allbright.io’s contributions. **STATUS OF ENGAGEMENT** What is the current status of the collaboration? We commenced our partnership roughly three years ago, spending 6 to 8 months to establish rapport, during which they assisted me in refining the product concept. There was significant brainstorming, customer need assessment, and field research prior to officially kicking off the collaboration. The initial contact occurred around February–March 2019, and after the discovery phase, we began formal development in August 2019. Our cooperation continues. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What evidence demonstrates the project's impact? We are currently testing the product in a clinical environment and receiving positive feedback, with users impressed by its simplicity. A successful product should be so intuitive that it leaves people wondering why it hadn’t been created sooner, and that’s exactly the kind of feedback we’re getting. The product effectively streamlines patient workflows in the healthcare system. While we are still facing challenges with marketing, those are unrelated to development and are more a reflection of the current market conditions in Germany, where new government regulations have stalled project bidding. **PROJECT MANAGEMENT PERFORMANCE** How did Allbright.io manage the project? Allbright.io independently managed the project while I provided oversight. We maintain regular communication via Zoom to discuss progress and strategy. Their consistency in delivery has made the collaboration very enjoyable. **IMPRESSION OF ALLBRIGHT.IO** What impressed you most about them? They exhibit a high level of professionalism regarding security and stay updated with the latest technologies and regulatory requirements. The only issues we’ve faced relate to delays in finding individuals with the specific skill sets we require. Being a small startup, I’ve imposed certain financial constraints on Allbright.io, which sometimes makes it difficult for them to recruit the talent needed for complex programming tasks within our budget. **ADVICE FOR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS** Do you have any tips for future clients? For someone like me, who isn’t deeply versed in programming, it’s crucial to closely heed Allbright.io’s guidance at the project’s outset.
