**Background**: Our client is a global IT firm based in the USA that specializes in digital business enablement. With a presence around the world and more than 4,000 motivated professionals, Altimetrik collaborates with Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies to improve their agility, empowerment, and success. In 2021, the company launched an office in Wrocław, Poland, to bolster its brand presence in Europe and attract talent from the Central and Eastern European region. **Challenge**: Upon opening its new office in Poland to facilitate growth in Europe in 2021, Altimetrik faced the significant challenge of establishing brand visibility and recognition within the Polish market, which was crucial for attracting IT talent. **What did we do?**: In alignment with Altimetrik's global strategy, we developed a communication roadmap to effectively plan, activate, and implement brand operations across three key areas: media relations, influencer relations, and social media—primarily LinkedIn. Additionally, we identified relevant events and initiatives to support the brand and organized a mini-campaign to promote webinars. **The results**: Within just four months, we secured over 100 media publications. We assisted in establishing Altimetrik Poland's LinkedIn page, which became a primary source for updates about the company. After six months, the page had over 1,000 followers. Our webinars attracted 60 participants, and a podcast featuring one of our client's representatives was listened to by more than 1,200 industry professionals.

Desenio / Interior Design

Desenio

**Background:** Our client, Desenio, a Scandinavian brand from Sweden, specializes in stylish home decor, particularly posters and wall frames. **Challenge:** The client was already well-established in the Polish market, which made it challenging to find new influencers who hadn't yet promoted the brand. Our goal was to discover a diverse range of influencers on YouTube and Instagram, with follower counts between 100,000 and 500,000, targeting audiences aged 25-35. These influencers were to engage in product placements that included rebate codes, swipe up features, and initiatives to enhance brand awareness. **What did we do?** Utilizing a specialized platform acquired by our agency, which allows for influencer research and auditing, we identified influencers across various categories beyond home decor, including photography, lifestyle, travel, cooking, and parenting. We also applied additional methods to find influencers, such as influencer lists, various applications, and hashtag searches. Three team members dedicated their efforts to research and outreach, proposing around 50 influencers each month. We provided detailed briefs to the chosen influencers and incorporated the client's content. We monitored their publications and generated reports. Furthermore, we recommended that the client use countdown labels to inform viewers when promotions were ending. **Results:** Over the course of about eight months, we executed 30 collaborations, most of which met or exceeded expectations in terms of results relative to the investment in marketing activities. Only a few collaborations yielded purely brand image results. One notable collaboration led to over 6,000 visits to the Polish online shop. The client was so impressed that they chose to continue working with this influencer every three months. Due to the success of our influencer marketing efforts, the client has maintained an ongoing partnership with us for the past eight months.

Cukibo / Books

Cukibo

**Background:** Our client is Cukibo, a Swiss brand that specializes in creating personalized books aimed at helping parents express the values and culture of their home country. **Challenge:** This campaign faced several hurdles. Firstly, we had to act quickly, just weeks before the busy Christmas season. Secondly, the brand was largely unknown to journalists in Poland, as the client had not previously invested in any paid outreach. Additionally, due to the pandemic, editorial teams were working remotely, making it harder to contact journalists, some of whom were ill. **What did we do?** We created a map of suitable media outlets, familiarized ourselves with the client’s strategy, and began distributing materials to the press. We engaged in discussions about interviews and proposed a nostalgic, storytelling article highlighting the experiences of several Polish families in exile and how they managed to pass on their native language and culture in a foreign environment. **Results:** In just about five weeks of working with the client, we secured around 10 features in top-tier media and over 500 in second-tier outlets. These included publications aimed at Polish parents in Poland as well as those living worldwide. One Polish media outlet published the article across its 400 local editions, resulting in a significant number of publications. Many of these articles included active links to the client's website, as we consistently requested that editorial teams include clickable links.
