**BACKGROUND** Could you describe your company and your role there? My name is Yerzhan Besembaev, and I am a Project Manager for PowerMob at Beeline Kazakhstan. **OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE** What projects or services did your company engage Akhter Studio for, and what objectives did you aim to achieve? Beeline Kazakhstan partnered with Akhter Studio to collaborate on the development of a mobile application called BeePower. Our joint objective was to create a cross-platform, user-friendly mobile app. **SOLUTION** How did you choose this vendor, and what were the key factors in your decision? During the planning phase, we reviewed all tasks from the backlog, estimated the total number of sprints needed, and assigned workloads. We then moved to implement the designs during the development phase, which consisted of two-week sprints where each team member was assigned tasks specific to that sprint and reported on their progress in daily meetings. The final phase involved QA testing of the mobile application, identifying any bugs for resolution. Utilizing the Flutter SDK presented us with significant benefits, such as accelerated development speed, seamless integration with services, and cost efficiency for cross-platform development. **RESOURCES** How many people from the vendor’s team collaborated with you, and what roles did they play? Akhter Studio supplied us with four specialists: two Flutter developers, a project manager, and a QA tester. Our experience with the team has been very positive, and we are pleased with the service provided. We communicated through platforms like Notion, Slack, Telegram, and Google Meet. Regular weekly meetings were held to monitor task completion.
