OUR STORY
AJD Tech was formally established in 2016 by Al Dykshorn, whose extensive IT background spans nearly 20 years across Chicago and Northwest Indiana. Before founding the company, Al supported small businesses while gaining diverse experience—from working with a regional internet provider and major Chicago law firms to a 13-year tenure at the largest healthcare system in NW Indiana. His roles evolved from help desk support to systems engineer, sharpening his skills and building a strong network of IT professionals. Driven by entrepreneurship, Al launched AJD Tech LLC, initially serving existing clients and quickly attracting new ones in construction, legal, and education sectors. The company prides itself on delivering exceptional service through expert staff and a committed leadership team, welcoming prospective clients to connect for consultations.
