Client Case Study: Dividend Finance

Unknown

Currently, Dividend Finance stands as a top national provider of financing solutions for renewable energy and energy efficiency targeted at property owners. However, back in 2014, it was a fledgling startup facing challenges in launching its digital platform. The company initially began developing a unique product with a team of conventional software developers. After six months of work, though, it had exhausted much of its budget without producing a viable product. Confronted with the strain of losing significant time and funds on an ineffective solution, Dividend pivoted its strategy. It collaborated with Airdev to create a minimum viable product (MVP) of its platform using the no-code tool Bubble in just six weeks. The outcome? - The app has facilitated billions of dollars in loans - Tens of thousands of representatives use the system daily - Hundreds of millions in equity financing have been secured "Airdev built a system that enabled us to scale up to hundreds of millions of dollars in loans each year, with tens of thousands of reps. Without their help, we wouldn't have been able to develop our core product nearly as quickly." - Phil Meachin, VP of Program Management at Dividend Finance.

Client Case Study: HP and Consenna

Consenna is a consultancy based in the UK that collaborates with global technology manufacturers to create and implement promotional campaigns. In 2020, HP enlisted Consenna's assistance for its HP for Education initiative, which helps schools receive credit when upgrading their old equipment. This program necessitates careful coordination among various entities, including schools, resellers, and service providers. To effectively manage these interactions and meet deadlines, Consenna partnered with Airdev to develop a custom no-code marketplace solution, successfully completing the project in just three months to optimize efficiency and enhance the experience for schools. The achievements included a multi-faceted marketplace that streamlines collaboration among schools, resellers, service providers, and administrators, a tool accessible to 30,000 schools throughout the UK, and a follow-up request for further collaboration from HP. Douglas Jeffrey, Chairman of Consenna, noted, “We take pride in our commitment to excellence, and depending on developers for delivery has been quite stressful for us in the past. This project, which typically took us six months, was launched in just six weeks, proving invaluable for both our team and our clients.”

Client Case Study: Teach for America

Teach for America

Teach for America is a non-profit organization that aims to bridge the educational achievement gap by recruiting recent college graduates to teach in underprivileged areas. In 2015, their Bay Area regional office aimed to streamline its various spreadsheets, email communications, and shared folders by creating a new workflow system to better assist active teachers. Although they desired a custom web application, they initially thought it would be too expensive and time-consuming with traditional software development methods. This changed when they discovered the no-code platform Bubble, which offered a cost-effective solution. Consequently, Teach for America collaborated with Airdev to develop a custom no-code customer relationship management (CRM) tool that has since evolved significantly. The outcome included: a tailor-made CRM tool created in just four weeks, enabling staff to efficiently support active teachers in the Bay Area; and the enhancement of the CRM through the addition of new platform “portals” designed to assist corps members at all stages of their experiences (e.g., onboarding, training, and placement). Eric Scroggins, Chief Strategy Officer at Teach For America, stated, "Airdev has helped our Bay Area region move away from spreadsheets to better support our teachers. In just one month, we created an internal CRM system tailored to our specific data requirements, allowing coaches to add and review notes on the go, straight from their phones."
