About the Team
OUR STORY
At The AI Hat, we empower Revenue Leaders to become part of the successful 5% who scale AI pilots effectively. Recognizing that 95% of AI implementations falter due to poor workflow design and a lack of practical integration, we shift from futuristic hype to hands-on solutions. Founded by Mike Allton, a seasoned revenue professional, we create bespoke AI 'Digital Crews' that alleviate administrative burdens, enabling sales teams to focus on building genuine relationships and closing deals. Our approach centers on practical testing, data security, and measurable outcomes, transforming chaotic 'Shadow AI' use into structured, strategic tools. We partner with organizations ready to embrace AI responsibly, ensuring scalable growth without added headcount.
