Agile Brite is a consulting firm that specializes in assisting small to mid-sized enterprises looking for effective solutions in AI, CRM, and workflow automation. We apply project management principles to projects that often lack structure. Our services combine three areas under one methodology: AI Consulting, which includes readiness assessments, workflow integration, and team training for tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, all grounded in responsible AI practices; Agile Contingent, providing access to fractional Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, Product Owners, and Agile Coaches from a trusted, SAFe-certified network, and available within days instead of months; and Workflow Consulting, which focuses on implementing GoHighLevel, HubSpot, and Zoho systems along with the process automation that links them, starting with workflow design before tool configuration. Founded by Kisha Wright, a SAFe SPC-certified expert and co-leader of the Agile in Color community, we are located in Metro NYC and are currently obtaining MWBE certification.
