OUR STORY
AG Foundry's journey began in 2004 with a vision to connect exceptional companies with top-tier talent through innovative recruiting technology. In 2014, founders Greg Cole and Greg Hall entered the recruitment industry, learning its nuances and identifying opportunities for technological advancement. By 2017, they pursued integrating Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to modernize recruitment strategies. This vision became reality in December 2018 with the establishment of AG Foundry. The company achieved its first successful placement in early 2019. Despite challenges like the 2020 pandemic, AG Foundry has continually grown, expanding its recruitment services across various industry sectors and steadily increasing its client base, solidifying its role as a leader in innovative talent acquisition.
