Samarite, a distinguished Polish cosmetics brand with a strong European footprint, aimed to accelerate its global expansion by enhancing its e-commerce platform's content management. To achieve this, they transitioned from Prismic CMS to a tailored solution built with Next.js, Node, and Vendure, addressing the challenges of managing a high-traffic online store. This custom CMS preserved essential functionalities while integrating advanced features like AI-powered content translation and improved performance without sacrificing stability. The implementation resulted in a scalable system that significantly reduced annual content management costs by 70%, accelerated content data retrieval, and supported multiple translation languages, empowering Samarite to efficiently manage its operations across new markets and drive international growth.
