Moxy

Moxy.io is a cryptocurrency project focused on Powering Play & Earn. Since play-and-earn initiatives require a system of smart contracts, we were tasked with creating one for this project. The challenge was to design a setup that is cloud agnostic, as the project prohibits the use of any cloud-specific services. We quickly realized that we needed to develop a multi-cloud solution, utilizing both AWS and Google Cloud for the final implementation, with a focus on security. Our goal was to create a robust infrastructure, and we achieved this by deploying the project on Kubernetes and RDS, which are database management services. Kubernetes served as the application service, while we utilized Cloud SQL for databases and S3 for file storage. All deployments were automated using Terraform. Consequently, the project leaned more towards DevOps and infrastructure automation rather than blockchain technology. The results we attained were impressive: thanks to our automated systems, we can manage a hundred services for a single client with only two people, a significant accomplishment.
