Achieve seamless integration of explosion-proof hardware, a touch screen display, and a robust Ex battery with Over-Current and Over-Voltage protection systems. Present a thorough product design that optimizes operational efficiency in both hazardous and safe environments. **Scope:** Design and develop a Remote Controller System compatible with Ex Zone1 and Zone2. Incorporate Windows-compatible Ex hardware and a touch screen display. Implement a high-capacity Ex battery equipped with Over-Current and Over-Voltage protection systems. Utilize Ultra High-Frequency radio communication for dependable data transfer. Employ precision engineering to adhere to size and weight limitations.
