Utilita Energy

Utilita Energy is a prominent energy provider serving 830,000 customers throughout the UK. We are collaborating with them to create digital experiences that enhance engagement with both new and existing services across their product portfolio. This initiative includes developing quote funnels for their energy-efficient boilers and solar energy options. Customers will experience a smooth quoting process, with live and current pricing displayed through a custom integration with their CRM system. The quote funnels are designed using Sanity CMS in a headless setup to ensure maximum customization, flexibility, and scalability. Both the funnels and the Utilita Home marketing website utilize the design system we developed and maintain for Utilita, simplifying the rollout of experiences across their services.

Accessible and optimised donations experience

Leukaemia UK

Leukaemia UK is at the forefront of innovative research aimed at improving treatments for leukaemia and other blood cancers. Following the merger of two charities, they required a dynamic new brand complemented by a digital experience. Adaptable collaborated with them to create an enhanced front-end user experience that aims to increase donations and engage more supporters. Supported by our enterprise WordPress solution, the website is designed to facilitate donations while also ensuring accessibility for everyone, fully adhering to the latest WCAG AA standards. Additionally, we built a tailored fundraising platform that allows users to create, manage, and receive donations through their personalized pages, akin to features found on larger platforms like JustGiving. On the back end, the website and donation workflow are directly connected to LUK's Salesforce account through our custom API, providing complete insight and control over performance and supporter data, including detailed information about the effectiveness of individual campaigns.

Tiviti

Tiviti is an advanced connectivity platform designed for enterprises. It provides Connectivity-as-a-Service (CaaS) to large organizations by merging LAN and WAN solutions into a single offering with a flexible monthly subscription. Adaptable has established a long-term partnership with Tiviti to enhance, support, and expand their robust self-service customer portal. We collaborated closely with their internal teams across various departments, including product, leadership, sales, and support, to map the entire customer journey and ensure we developed tools that maximize the platform's value. The platform integrates effortlessly with Tiviti's APIs to gather real-time monitoring data, which is presented on an intuitive dashboard, providing a quick overview of the customer's network and its connected devices. Customers can also handle account management, user permissions, billing, and subscriptions directly through the portal, eliminating the need to navigate multiple applications. Tiviti is utilized by several large organizations for efficient connectivity management, including Social Chain, Wrigleys Solicitors LLP, East Anglia's Children's Hospices, and St Mary's Hospice.
