To address this, we took a step back to assess our team's AI expertise and formed a dedicated AI Leadership Team focused on strategic adoption rather than replicating existing leadership structures. This cross-functional team was selected based on practical expertise and mindset, aiming to proactively identify, evaluate, and responsibly integrate AI technologies to enhance efficiency, stimulate innovation, and build a sustainable competitive advantage. With regular meetings and clear goals like developing an AI roadmap and responsible usage guidelines, our structured approach exemplifies how thoughtful planning and collaboration can enable companies to harness AI's potential effectively.
