In the early stages of Glownet, they reached out to us for assistance in developing the foundation of their system. Our primary role was to create a back-end infrastructure that would link RFID devices to an administration portal for managing these devices, including enabling credit purchases at service stations and monitoring global sales. Additionally, we developed user-friendly interfaces to facilitate online credit transactions and refunds, and we integrated their services with third-party ticketing systems to allow users to pre-purchase credits at checkout. Glownet has successfully implemented its cashless services at over 600 events in 40 countries, achieving more than 4 million unique activations. Notable clients and partners include Spotify, Live Nation, Sonar, Mad Cool, South Summit, and numerous other prominent festival organizers. We designed a mobile-first and highly adaptable user interface, allowing each client to incorporate their branding into the customer experience. Our platform enables clients to choose brand colors, upload header images, and even add custom CSS for complete branding flexibility. The primary goal of our solution was to reduce wait times and increase revenue. The user remains at the forefront, controlling all actions, from ticket activation to adding credits to their accounts, while also being presented with upsell opportunities and add-ons.

We were commissioned to develop Trive's vehicle ecommerce platform from the ground up, incorporating several cutting-edge features like Live Video and Test Drive. These tools enable users to examine vehicles from their computers or smartphones while receiving insights from an expert, as well as allowing for requests for complimentary physical test drives. The Trive platform helps car dealerships present their inventory while guiding customers in selecting the right vehicle through a smooth checkout process that includes car customizations, financing, and insurance options. Typically, vehicle purchases are financed through banks, which is why we incorporated a customizable financing calculator that allows clients to tailor their loans to meet their preferences. When a client initiates a purchase, their loan application is sent directly to the bank with all necessary documentation, streamlining the car-buying process. To address customer desires for a tangible experience before making a purchase, we included a virtual tour feature that highlights vehicle specifications while offering real-time video inspections. Additionally, users can easily request a physical test drive by filling out a form, after which the car will be delivered to their location.
