**COMPANY BACKGROUND A4BEE:** A4BEE is comprised of a dedicated group of engineers, architects, developers, and business consultants who strive to make a positive impact on individuals, our company, the nation, clients, and communities, all while maintaining sustainability. Our approach leverages emerging technologies to address critical global challenges. With extensive experience from both technology and delivery consulting projects with A4BEE and prior roles at companies like IBM and Accenture, we understand how to effectively apply modern technologies (such as IoT, blockchain, AI, cloud, and AR) to drive business transformation and create new value. By sharing our comprehensive knowledge with clients, we position ourselves ahead of competitors who may focus solely on specific categories, whether in software development, consulting, or hardware solutions. We have a robust portfolio of global biotech clients, assisting them with business projects, digitalization, and the automation of manufacturing processes. Our collaboration extends to various sectors including large-scale manufacturing, healthcare, process optimization, robotics, and academia—supporting their digitalization journeys. Our goal is to enhance the efficiency and quality of manufacturing processes. Recently, we partnered with Yaskawa Poland and Advantech to elevate manufacturing optimization efforts. **R&D:** In 2019, we organized a specialized team, the A4BEE Digital Lab, to concentrate on research and development and foster our own ventures. Creating meaningful change necessitates innovative ideas. The Digital Lab focuses on technology scouting through research, rapid prototyping, and retrofitting technologies. Currently, we have several digital ventures in various stages of development, including one in the MDP phase (e.g., biotech smart components), two in the Proof of Concept (PoC) stage with working prototypes, and one in the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) phase.
