920 Dedicated Team

920 IT Solutions, established in 2017 and located in Kyiv, Ukraine, specializes in complex institutional reforms. Our team comprises partners with up to 15 years of hands-on experience in managing organizational changes, business transformations, restructuring, and process reengineering in Georgia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia. We have considerable expertise in fintech and developing systems for internal monitoring and efficiency improvements. We have maintained a long-term partnership with TBC Bank, collaborating on a variety of systems projects and providing our skilled workforce. Additionally, we work with Space, the first neobank in Georgia, and eMoney, a fintech solution, to create applications and web solutions. Understanding that successful process re-engineering requires alignment between business and IT strategies, we have incorporated our reform expertise into our IT consulting services and established an IT development company. We don’t just create mobile and web applications; we deliver tailored digital solutions informed by an analysis of emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights. Our approach utilizes user-centered design and scalable software architecture to optimize results. We ensure that our workflows are easily transferable to the client through regular feedback throughout the software development process. Our methodology consists of analyzing, collaborating as a team, evolving, taking action, and achieving results.
