About the Team

OUR STORY

Founded in 2024, 5 Blocs emerged to bridge a critical gap faced by B2B manufacturers: the challenge of connecting exceptional products with the right global buyers. Recognizing that many manufacturers faltered not due to product quality but due to ineffective pipelines and outreach, 5 Blocs focuses on crafting strategic, tracked, and result-oriented outbound engines. Their comprehensive approach integrates strategy, execution, and tracking to ensure every effort is precise and accountable. Unlike typical vendors, they position themselves as growth partners, engaging deeply with clients by challenging norms and committing to measurable outcomes that drive real business progress. By aligning great manufacturers with the perfect buyers at opportune moments, 5 Blocs aims to transform businesses and even reshape industries.

Portfolio

Sharp Pro Flex Campaign

Sharp

Sharp, a Japanese multinational company, focuses on the design and production of electronic products. It has a rich history in Malaysia, where it provides consumer electronics and home appliances, including air purifiers, televisions, air conditioners, washing machines, and refrigerators. To promote the Pro-flex washing machine nationwide, Sharp collaborated with Alexandre Bernard to develop an emotionally engaging, video-based advertising campaign that emphasized the appliance's distinctive features and advantages for families during the pandemic. As a result, the campaign achieved a brand lift that was 1.5 times greater than the industry average, resulting in a 38.3% increase in Pro-flex washing machine sales and a rise in interest for other Sharp electronic and household items.

Sharp Face Shield Campaign

Sharp

Sharp, a company recognized for its technical prowess and dedication to innovation, has created a face shield designed to protect against Covid-19. However, with a price of RM200 each, it is markedly more expensive than standard face shields, which typically range from RM2 to RM10. To tackle this issue, Sharp collaborated with Alexandre Bernard to craft a marketing strategy focused on effectively promoting the product in Malaysia. This strategy centered on positioning the face shield as superior to competitors by emphasizing its distinctive features, including ultra-transparency, minimal reflection, and anti-fogging capabilities. The campaign employed high-quality visuals, clear messaging, and targeted media placements to effectively showcase the Sharp Face Shield's ability to provide enhanced protection against airborne particles. Consequently, the campaign resulted in a 50% increase in brand awareness within the target audience, a 75% boost in social media engagement rates, and a 50% rise in sales during the campaign, exceeding industry standards for similar initiatives.

Intersit Rebranding Initiative

Intersit

Intersit, a prominent office furniture manufacturer in Malaysia, collaborated with Alexandre Bernard to develop a new brand strategy. The company realized that its brand identity, image, culture, and personality did not accurately represent the modern and innovative products they offered. They understood that a robust brand image was vital for standing out, maintaining authenticity, and creating emotional connections. We conducted in-depth interviews with Intersit’s internal team to uncover their key strengths and weaknesses and established brand principles focused on practicality, high quality, and modern design. We designed a brand identity, personality, and style guide that included comprehensive guidelines for consistent communication across all customer interactions, both online and offline. The new brand guidelines were then applied across Intersit's showroom, website, brochures, flyers, business cards, and other marketing materials, resulting in a unified and professional brand image that reflected Intersit’s values and appealed to their target audience. This rebranding effort yielded impressive outcomes, achieving a 23% increase in annual revenue and positioning Intersit as a strong competitor in the crowded office furniture sector.
