1CS is an IT service provider based in Toronto, catering to small, medium, and large organizations, as well as offering home computer services to individuals and home-based businesses. Our team focuses on solving technological challenges. Established in 2013 and incorporated in 2014 by Blake Fick and John Schick, the company combines their extensive experience. Blake, who served as IT Support Manager at CBI Health Group for over five years, is now the Chief Operating Officer of 1CS. John, with a 13-year background as VP of Business Affairs at HLP + Partners, is the company's Chief Executive. 1CS operates offices in Toronto and Barrie, providing IT services throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and southern Ontario, extending to various municipalities including Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, and others. In 2015, 1CS expanded beyond its traditional mid-town Toronto area into York and Peel regions. Our IT Outsource Model for Break-Fix IT Support Services has become a popular alternative to the traditional staffing approach. Additionally, 1CS has begun collaborating as a subcontractor for other IT service providers and managed service providers. We have the personnel and resources necessary to address a wide array of technical challenges, working alongside in-house technicians and independent contractors to deliver high-quality IT services to small and medium-sized businesses as well as larger enterprises in southern Ontario.
