What is Edverise's limitation of liability?
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edverise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and its total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid Edverise, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
