Freedom Finance Bank

The aim of the project was to create an automated decision-making system for loan issuance that would streamline the loan approval procedure. This system sought to enhance the efficiency and precision of loan assessments, shorten processing times, and improve the overall customer experience. The team consisted of two backend developers, a business analyst, a BPMN expert, and a QA specialist. Results included: 1. Development of a detailed process diagram and a service dedicated to loan decision-making. 2. Successful launch of the service, which coordinated the minimal necessary number of services for conducting loan evaluations and approvals. 3. As the product evolved, additional services were integrated into the orchestration architecture, boosting the system’s functionalities. 4. The system improved the loan approval process by automating tasks, minimizing manual errors, and enabling quicker and more precise loan decisions. 5. The project established a foundation for future growth and the integration of new services into the existing framework.

Our client is a digital accounting firm that operates as a subsidiary of a major bank. They are working on a significant product, the Cifra mobile app, designed for individual entrepreneurs to manage their accounting and tax records. The client faced a challenge: the team comprised two system analysts and five Java developers. We were able to assist by providing two additional system analysts and five Java developers within two weeks. Consequently, within the agreed timeframe, we successfully created a standalone bank module that incorporates all the features required by the Federal Tax Service.
