The objective of the project was straightforward: to consolidate and eventually replace several existing tools with a single, flexible, and user-friendly app designed with future growth in mind. Over the past year, the project has been a result of global teamwork, combining efforts from IWG's product and technical teams. Undertaking a project of this magnitude necessitated extensive research into user needs and market demands to outline the app's priorities. The initial phase included insightful research on how sales teams were utilizing various outdated tools, enabling the team to pinpoint unaddressed needs and gain a clearer understanding of the challenges faced, which informed subsequent enhancements. Key Features: - The app's design has been optimized to enhance face-to-face interactions between staff and clients. - It incorporates advanced mapping and geocoding to deliver relevant content to users based on their location. - Users now have access to discounts and promotional offers.
