They are at the forefront of snacking with renowned global and local brands like Oreo, belVita, and LU biscuits; Cadbury Dairy Milk, Milka, and Toblerone chocolates; Sour Patch Kids candy, Trident gum, and Barni chocolate biscuits. **CHALLENGE**: With the 30th anniversary of Ukraine’s independence approaching, Mondelēz International sought to create a special initiative for the celebration. Their plan was to showcase the beauty of Ukraine by highlighting five culturally significant locations through augmented reality (AR). Customers would be able to scan a QR code on Barni chocolate biscuit packaging to access this experience. Skywell Software was engaged to develop an educational AR application for children on the web, featuring a wealth of visual 2D content, professional voiceovers, and engaging mini-games. **EXPECTED RESULTS**: As the event coincided with the milestone anniversary of Ukrainian independence, timely execution was crucial. All five AR locations needed to be completed on schedule, corresponding to five different biscuit packs representing various regions of Ukraine. The primary focus was on the ATB retail network, accompanied by contests and social media prizes. **FUNCTIONALITY**: The integration of AR functionality significantly enhanced the festive experience. Users could scan a QR code to explore a model of one of the five Ukrainian regions virtually. They also had the opportunity to interact with landmarks and learn about their histories. Additionally, the web application included five mini-games that shared historical and intriguing facts about the sites, bringing Ukraine’s history to life and offering a more engaging and enjoyable educational experience for children.

**CLIENT:** Mondelez International (OREO brand) **CHALLENGE:** The project had extremely tight deadlines, making it challenging to incorporate all the intricate processes, such as creating a database of codes and establishing a prize distribution system. **EXPECTED OUTCOMES:** The goal of this initiative was to launch a New Year promotional campaign for the OREO cookie brand, offering customers the chance to win prizes. **USER EXPERIENCE:** The customer journey is as follows: after purchasing cookies in a store, the customer receives a code that they can enter for a chance to win a prize. Following this, they are directed to a webpage where they complete a quick and easy registration. On this page, they are greeted by a fortune ball surrounded by interactive snowflakes and sparkles, setting a festive New Year atmosphere. Once the user shakes the ball (by tilting their phone or moving their mouse on a PC), they either receive a New Year wish or a notification stating they've won a prize, accompanied by a photo of it. Users also have the option to share their results on social media. **SOLUTION:** Our successful implementation was the result of extensive preparatory work conducted prior to the campaign's launch. We generated 12-digit codes that were distributed to retail chains. If a user won a prize, they needed to visit a specified location with their original receipt to claim their reward. An operator at that site would use an administrative portal to verify the receipt number against the corresponding prize code. **TECHNOLOGIES:** WordPress, PHP, JavaScript, CSS.

CASE: TECHNOLOGIES: Unity, Vuforia, Adobe Media Encoder CUSTOMER: Tatt.on.me is a brand that offers temporary tattoos for various fun occasions. These tattoos use safe, non-toxic eco ink, making them suitable for children. CHALLENGE: When the client approached us, they already had a functioning application that animated the tattoos. However, it needed optimization, and its performance and scalability required improvement. Their previous supplier could no longer assist. For us, this presented a difficult challenge since continuing someone else’s work is often more complicated than starting from scratch. Nonetheless, after conducting a code audit, we found the task manageable, which led to the beginning of our collaboration. EXPECTED RESULTS: The goal was to optimize the app's performance so that it would run faster, while also reducing asset sizes to enable more content availability. Additionally, we aimed to significantly improve the functionality for capturing and displaying animals in augmented reality (AR). USER FUNCTIONALITY: With the updates made by Skywell Software, viewing tattoos in AR became much simpler. The app could now function even if the tattoo was difficult to see, thanks to a manual viewing option. When users pointed their smartphone camera at a tattoo, the app would download all the necessary elements to bring it to life. It also gained the capability to record the process, save it, and share the video with friends. SOLUTION: The solution developed by Skywell Software provided a major improvement in linking AR content to the tattoos. Furthermore, we optimized the application's size to enhance user-friendliness and compatibility with more devices, significantly streamlining and improving the development process.
