We have spent nearly $500,000. **Engagement Status** What is the current status of this relationship? We started collaborating with Modis in January 2022, and the partnership is still active. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What evidence can you share regarding the impact of this partnership? Modis has successfully helped us hire some candidates. This year alone, they have sourced 5 to 6 candidates, one of whom is now a full-time employee with us. While I don't have specific metrics, the candidates provided by Modis have been very impressive. **How has Modis performed in terms of project management?** I have always been confident in Modis’s commitment to sourcing candidates for us promptly. We set no specific deadlines, as it is unrealistic with a recruitment firm; their role is to find candidates who match the job descriptions. Ultimately, I decide if the candidates they identify are the right fit. Notably, Modis is compensated only when they find a candidate who meets our needs, which motivates them to act quickly. However, market conditions can sometimes cause delays, and when that happens, Modis is not typically at fault. My experience with them has been positive overall; they are transparent and skilled in their work. I have tasked them with filling multiple positions quickly, and despite the pressure, they have consistently delivered.
