Hibox - safe deposit boxes with low energy requirements
The project stems from the increasing demand for safe, battery-operated lockers powered by renewable energy that can be accessed contactlessly through mobile devices. These solutions are utilized in various settings. We create hardware based on the specific requirements of our clients, which includes both electronic printed circuit boards (PCBs) engineered by electronics specialists and mechanical enclosures, either small or large, crafted from steel or plastic by mechanics. For PCB designs, we typically utilize microcontrollers (uCs) from the STM32/8 or ESP32 families. If a different type of microcontroller is needed for your project, our electronics engineers and programmers will select the best option available in the market, considering the necessary technical specifications, availability, and cost. We incorporate color displays with touch panels; if standard displays are inadequate for the project's needs, we procure tooling from a chosen manufacturer to create a custom display tailored to the device’s specific functions. Our preferred communication methods include various forms of IP communication over wired Ethernet, Wireless WiFi, Bluetooth (BT), including low Energy (BLE) and LoRa, as well as GSM (2G/3G/LTE/5G). We produce prototype PCBs on our assembly line, which is designed for efficient conversion and quick assembly of small production runs. We utilize a condensation oven for soldering, employing a special polymer known as Galden, which allows us to achieve exceptionally fast assembly times.
