Founded in 2012 in London, Hanno began as a versatile design and engineering studio, collaborating with both emerging startups and well-known brands, while also establishing PingPong, a user research enterprise. From 2017, Hanno concentrated solely on healthcare, crafting leading digital health products and developing a user-centered methodology that became a core aspect of their identity, detailed in their SaMD Playbook. After the acquisition of PingPong, the company chose to close Hanno in 2023 to dedicate resources toward launching new ventures.
