Edverise is a B2B discovery and vendor evaluation platform that connects businesses (buyers) with service providers (vendors). The platform provides search, ranking, AI-powered matching, and lead generation features. We do not act as a party to any agreement between buyers and vendors.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors must ensure that all information provided on their profiles is accurate, truthful, and up to date. Misrepresentation, fake portfolios, or misleading claims may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to use the platform only for legitimate business purposes. Any misuse, including spam, fraudulent inquiries, or abuse of vendors, is strictly prohibited.
6. AI-Generated Content
Some company profiles and data may be generated using AI based on publicly available information. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee completeness or correctness. Vendors are responsible for claiming and verifying their profiles.
7. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews must be genuine and based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or reject reviews that are misleading, abusive, or violate our policies.
8. Lead Generation and Communication
By submitting inquiries or RFPs, buyers consent to sharing their information with relevant vendors. We are not responsible for the outcomes of any business interactions between users.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including design, text, and software, is owned by Edveriseor its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Edverise is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including disputes between buyers and vendors.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for violations of these terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
